Leaving a Compliment or Grievance
All Variety Care patients have the right to file a complaint with Variety Care. It is Variety Care's policy to keep a record of all complaints and to investigate all complaints to determine the circumstances surrounding any concerns that patients raise regarding the health center.
Procedure for Filing:
Patients may file a complaint in any one of the following ways:
a. in person, by discussing the complaint with the Variety Care contact person. The patient may be required to complete a complaint form. The contact person will assist with the completion of the form, if required.
b. by mail, by submitting a completed complaint form or in a letter containing the information specified to:
