SoonerSelect Plan Members: What You Need to Know

Oklahoma’s new SoonerSelect program kicked off April 1. This new program manages Medicaid (SoonerCare) services through three different plans offered by: Humana, Aetna and Oklahoma Complete Health.

Your SoonerSelect Plan

If you are a SoonerCare member*, then you now have a SoonerSelect plan. If you did not choose a plan, one has been assigned to you. To find out which plan you have, log into the SoonerCare portal or call the SoonerCare hotline at (800) 987-7767.

Your Primary Care Provider (PCP)

In addition to having a SoonerSelect Plan, you’ll have a primary care provider, or PCP. Your PCP will help you maintain your health and is there when you’re feeling sick. You can choose your own PCP by logging into the SoonerCare portal or by contacting your SoonerSelect Plan directly.

If you haven’t chosen a PCP, your plan will choose one for you.

Making Changes to Your SoonerSelect Plan

SoonerSelect members may change their Plan or PCP by June 28, 2024. After that, plans and PCPs will be locked in until SoonerCare (Medicaid) renewals take place in 2025.

*Does not include Children’s Specialty Program or Aged/Blind/Disabled populations. American Indian/Alaskan Native may choose to opt into SoonerSelect but are not required to.
