Don’t risk a gap in your Sooner Care coverage: Get ready to renew now
Why?
Due to COVID-19, the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) did not end SoonerCare coverage for members, even if there was missing paperwork or old, wrong information on file. However, this is scheduled to end within several weeks and your SoonerCare benefits may end if your address or phone number are listed wrong. Update your information now to avoid losing medical and dental coverage.
Variety Care accepts SoonerCare/Medicaid at all locations and provides enrollment application assistance at no-cost. Choosing a Variety Care PCP grants you access to our full team of professionals, including:
- Medical care women and children
- Women’s health, pregnancy care, and newborn care
- Dental care for men, women and children
- Vision testing and prescription glasses
- Behavioral health
- On-site pharmacy
Who qualifies?
Variety Care’s Patient Assistance Program provides help to patients with low-income who cannot afford their medication and have no form of prescription drug coverage as well as those who are uninsured or underinsured.
If you cannot afford your medical or dental visits, you may be eligible for Medicaid or Medicare, depending on your household size, income and age. Variety Care's Certified Application Counselors are available to answer your questions and aid in the enrollment process at no cost to you.
